Michael W. Nantz is principal and founder of Elite Concepts Inc., an internationally recognized designer known for his passion for good design and ability for creating a diverse style of watershaping and outdoor living environments. A native Texan, Nantz’s formative years were defined in the sunbelt with a deep appreciation of the outdoors and architecture. Now, 36 years into his career, one finds him in the presence of a refined and worldly clientele consisting of estate property owners, architects, engineers and other sophisticated pool professionals. Deliberate about education, Mike also serves as a Faculty Member with Watershape University. Since the late 90’s, he’s taught in many states across the United States, Canada and Europe, classes involving, design, construction, renovation, computer design software and professional services to swimming pool industry professionals and industry certification seeking candidates.

Mr. Nantz heads up a design/build practice based in Dallas with projects domestically in some 15 states, and internationally in 5 countries to date. He offers other services as an expert witness in legal matters, consultation assistance to designers, architects, and swimming pool building professionals, providing his expertise in design, construction, and business operations. He’s fond of saying, “I love what I do, can’t imagine doing anything else.”
