TJ Thompson has been on job sites since before he could walk. Not surprisingly, he’s developed a strong sense of creativity and an eye for details, designing amazing pools and waterscapes for the last 15 years. Many of his designs have won international awards. He’s worked his way up from construction on job sites during college summers to project management, design, and sales. He now oversees construction practices and overall operations and is very involved in the company’s strategic planning. T.J. is very passionate and involved in the pool industry. He currently sits on the Central Texas PHTA chapter board.
